Kyle Graves, BSW, RSW
Program Manager
Having always had an interest in Social Justice, and helping those who are marginalized overcome societal barriers Kyle began his career enrolling in the Social Service Worker (SSW) program at Seneca College. After completing his two year diploma he transferred to the Bachelors of Social Work program (BSW) at York University. During his journey to complete his 4 year degree he came across an opportunity to complete his 700 hour placement at The Centre for Dreams. Kyle spent the next 8 months working towards the completion of his placement requirements, but also falling in love with the incredible work done by the team at the Centre for Dreams. A program that was this progressive with its functional programming, and alternative therapies focusing on the strengths of what an individual could achieve rather than the deficit of what they could not fit perfectly with Kyle’s philosophy of practice. Kyle started at Dreams as a one to one specialist working extensively with one of the newer Dreams members, and after a year of this position Kyle transitioned into the role of Program Supervisor where he is able to work with his wonderful team to design and implement these innovative strength based functional programs for the Dreams members.
