For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. This passion led to me completing my studies at the University of Guelph-Humber in the Family and Community Social Services program.
My journey at The Centre for Dreams began as a placement student in the fall of 2018. After a few short weeks at the Centre, it became clear to me that working with this population was something I would do for the rest of my life. The welcoming, non-judgmental, positive family environment helped me grow as an individual and changed the way I view the world completely. The Centre for Dreams has given me endless opportunities to become my best self and advocate for those with developmental disabilities. The members at the Centre make it very easy to come to work every day due to their optimistic, bright and genuine personalities. I am truly grateful that I have been given the opportunity to be apart of the Dream Team and work alongside such talented individuals.
