What is it?
Creative Movement & Music is an Alternative Therapies course that encourages participants to explore creativity through music and movement. Through a variety of interactive activities, participants will have opportunities to move to music, explore rhythm, express themselves, and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment. The course is designed to promote self-expression, confidence, social connection, and overall well-being while encouraging participants to discover their own unique ways of moving and creating.
